The Hotel Resort is seeking a Restaurant Coordinator in Itapeva. **Responsibilities:** Manage the full operation of the restaurant dining area. Monitor customer wait times and service delivery. Assign staff to different dining areas as needed. Train staff on service standards and professional conduct. Directly contribute to the customer experience to ensure satisfaction. Coordinate dining room operations with the kitchen in real time. Ensure table turnover with quality and efficiency. Previous experience as Restaurant Manager, Food and Beverage Supervisor, Restaurant Operations Coordinator, or Restaurant Team Leader may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
