As a Design Analyst at Formô Brasil, your role will be to design and execute graphic artworks (digital and print) for graduation events. Your responsibilities include developing visual identities for client committees, following class briefings. You will join a multidisciplinary team and interact daily with colleagues from Sales, Client Services, and Planning departments. This is a hybrid position with an ideal work logistics setup for those residing in Presidente Prudente/SP. Additionally, this selection process includes a case study stage. Your responsibilities as a Design Analyst will include: \- Designing and executing graphic artworks for graduation events (backdrops, invitations, class identity, printed and digital materials). \- Developing and applying visual identities for classes, following approved briefings and references. \- Producing social media assets focused on design (layouts, stories, cards, carousels). \- Adapting materials to the formats and technical specifications of each channel or vendor. \- Organizing and managing your own tasks within the team’s production workflow (ClickUp, Monday, Trello, or equivalent tools). \- Reviewing and adjusting artwork based on feedback from Client Services, Coordination, or clients. \- Maintaining visual standards and brand consistency across all deliverables. \- Actively collaborating with the creative team in developing concepts and visual references. \- Meeting deadlines within a high-demand pipeline handling multiple concurrent projects. Requirements: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are a plus); familiarity with online and offline file formats; aesthetic sensibility in composition, typography, and color theory; daily use of AI in design workflows; strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Motion Graphics or video editing; strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; holistic understanding of the university ecosystem.
