




Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing tax routines and invoice issuance, and ensuring control and organization of information. Control and organization of commercial information and reports. **Main Responsibilities** **Support to Commercial Buyers:** * Support the buyer team and commercial leadership * Update supplier and customer records * Track orders, negotiations, and contracts * Assist in inventory control and goods receipt * Provide administrative support for departmental routines **Tax Routines and Invoice Issuance** * Verify and issue invoices * Record invoices for goods receipt and organize commercial documents. * Verify suppliers’ tax data * Process returns and cancellations * Ensure that goods receipts and dispatches are correctly registered in the system **Control and Organization** * Update commercial reports and control spreadsheets * Provide tax-related information support **Professional Profile** * Prior experience with invoices * Experience in administrative routines * Organized and detail-oriented * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team * Agility in handling large volumes of information * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3.290,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
