Interface with senior leadership and regulatory bodies A leading food industry company is seeking a Corporate Quality \& Safety Manager to strategically lead the governance and evolution of quality systems across multiple industrial units and distribution centers. This role is critical to ensuring standardization, operational efficiency, risk management, and quality excellence, with strong interaction with senior leadership. **Responsibilities:** * Establish and ensure compliance with strategic quality guidelines for all plants and distribution centers; * Manage the implementation and maintenance of management systems, ensuring standardization across different business units; * Critically analyze quality costs and internal/external failure indicators, reporting overall performance to the executive level and proposing risk mitigation plans; * Validate technical feasibility studies and ensure new product development complies with established safety and quality standards; * Lead the internal audit program and represent the company before certification bodies, strategic customers, and national regulatory authorities; * Research and implement new technologies and equipment aimed at improving production process efficiency and laboratory control; * Develop, monitor, and ensure compliance with the annual Quality department budget across all units, optimizing resources and controlling operational and laboratory costs; * Manage and develop high-performance, multidisciplinary teams, promoting succession planning and technical engagement across all units. Requirements: * Degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields. * Solid experience in corporate leadership roles within the industry. * Willingness to travel. * Availability for a 100% on-site work model.
