We are expanding and seeking professionals to join **HopeConsig**, our dedicated vertical offering payroll-deductible credit solutions and financial products tailored to meet client needs. **Position: Operations Analyst** **Key Responsibilities** * Support reconciliation activities and disbursement controls for payroll-deductible agreements, identifying and resolving discrepancies. * Monitor operations on public and private portals, reporting any inconsistencies. * Contribute to executing collection strategies, managing delinquency, initiating actions, credit bureau reporting, and other departmental routines. * Support customer negotiations, recording agreements and refinancing terms in the system. * Assist in preparing reconciliation reports, partner commission reports, disbursement reports, and delinquency reports. * Update operational controls and support internal workflow efficiency. * Participate in system testing, validation, enhancements, and ensure data quality. **Profile / Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Law, or related fields. * Experience in payroll-deductible credit (preferred) or strong willingness to learn about this subject. * Basic knowledge of reconciliation (preferred) and strong Excel skills. * Proactive, organized profile with interest in developing expertise in payroll-deductible credit, disbursements, reconciliations, and collections. **Benefits** * Competitive salary (to be discussed) * Meal allowance: BRL 34.50/day * Transportation allowance * Health insurance * Total Pass + SESC partnership + Friday breakfast * Environment conducive to professional growth and development ✨ **Here, you’ll have the opportunity to grow alongside us, learn every day, and become part of a team that values people, ideas, and results.
