**Job Mission:** Ensure the implementation, maintenance, and evolution of quality processes for the construction and real estate development company, guaranteeing compliance with technical standards, continuous improvement, defect reduction, prevention of rework, and increased satisfaction of internal and end customers. **Key Responsibilities** *  Develop, review, and standardize procedures, work instructions, checklists, and forms used on construction sites and in corporate offices. *  Ensure processes align with applicable technical standards (ABNT, PBQP-H, ISO, among others). *  Monitor and oversee process execution on construction sites, identifying deviations and proposing improvement actions. *  Conduct training on processes and quality best practices for operational and administrative teams. *  Plan and conduct periodic internal audits at construction sites and corporate departments, verifying compliance with predefined standards. *  Prepare audit reports containing findings, photographic evidence, and corrective action recommendations. *  Track the corrective and preventive action plan, ensuring its effective implementation. *  Create, monitor, and analyze key quality indicators (KPIs), such as: * o Rework Index * o Non-conformities per Phase * o Material Receipt Compliance * o Post-delivery Satisfaction *  Generate management reports and dashboards to support decision-making. *  Suggest data-driven continuous improvement actions. \* **Education**  Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.  Specialization or technical courses in Quality Management, Auditing, PBQP-H, ISO 9001, etc. are desirable. **Experience** *  Experience in building construction projects (high-end projects are a plus). *  Experience with quality routines, processes, and audits. *  Knowledge of root cause analysis and continuous improvement tools (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa). * **Technical Competencies** *  Familiarity with ABNT standards applicable to construction. *  Proficiency in non-conformance registration and management tools. *  Intermediate/Advanced Excel and management systems (ERP, construction platforms).
