Responsible for indicator integrity and internal Sales process efficiency. * Sales Operational Analysis: Analyze and process sales orders, validating information consistency prior to integration with manufacturing. * Control and Monitoring: Track order flow with production and logistics, proactively acting to ensure compliance with contractual deadlines. * Data Management (ERP/CRM): Operate and keep information up to date in the ERP and Salesforce systems, ensuring reliability of the commercial database. * Commercial Intelligence: Prepare and analyze performance reports, sales indicators, and dashboards, transforming data into strategic information for senior management. * Contractual and Financial Management: Manage contracts and commercial proposals; prepare financial reports based on sales to support cash flow management. * Technical-Administrative Support: Serve as the interface with customers for status updates and resolution of bureaucratic or administrative discrepancies. * Process Improvement: Propose and implement methods aimed at reducing operational errors and increasing billing agility.
