Strategic C\-level position with high visibility and potential stock options.** Role Mission Lead full executive operations, structure performance metrics, coordinate teams and partners, and design national expansion of the exchange model—transforming the franchise into a scalable real estate marketplace. Strategic Responsibilities 360-degree executive management: operations, sales, KPIs, income statement (DRE), targets Governance structuring: processes, KPIs, dashboards, management routines Multi\-team leadership: operations, sales, strategic partners (real estate agents, construction companies) Expansion strategy: new verticals, products, creative monetization C\-level decision-making participation: board, holdings, 3-year roadmap Performance analytics: results tracking, DRE optimization Requirements Proven C\-level experience (Director/COO/Head of franchises/networks/marketplaces) Numerical proficiency: KPIs, income statement (DRE), targets, performance, scalability Executive management: coordination of teams \+ partners \+ governance Entrepreneurial mindset: hands-on \+ strategic vision Franchises/expansion: experience with national networks or marketplaces Based in Belo Horizonte or fully mobile (strategic in-person/hybrid) Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$17\.000,00 \- R$21\.835,65 per month
