Fleet performance analysis and improvement suggestions Itacoatiara, AM Company accepts applications from Itacoatiara and nearby cities Assistant/ Operational To be determined CLT employment regime Job Details **Responsibilities:** Monitor voyages and port operations, interfacing with vessels, terminals, and Navigation Administration, reporting current operational status through periodic reports. Mediate communication between fleet team and crew, informing the maintenance department about vessel conditions and corrective maintenance needs, as well as conveying preventive maintenance schedules to vessel command. Directly engage in fleet activities, verifying and reporting operational and administrative situations to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements (legislation). Conduct specific fleet performance studies upon management request, gathering information and comparing parameters to identify issues and suggest improvements. Receive and send onboard messages via Autotrac, directing them to the respective departments. Maintain all departmental reports and controls up to date. Actively participate in and contribute to Amaggi’s corporate programs and initiatives, such as OHS (Occupational Health and Safety), Continuous Improvement, Food Safety and Quality Management System (FSQMS), Reliability, Socio-environmental, Compliance, and Asset Security, among others.
