Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe. **Technical Internship** Support for Manufacturing Processes * Support execution and improvement of SMT assembly processes (soldering, inspection, rework) and Box Build. * Monitor production flow, identifying losses and opportunities for improvement. * Assist in developing and updating work instructions, layouts, and process flows. Data Collection and Analysis * Collect production, quality, and line efficiency data. * Support basic analysis of key performance indicators (yield, scrap, OEE). * Assist in preparing technical reports and dashboards. Testing and Validation * Assist in performing functional tests and process validations per guidance. * Support basic troubleshooting activities on the production line. New Product Introduction (NPI) * Support trial runs, tryouts, and initial builds. * Assist in collecting data for process and product validation. * Support preparation of technical documentation for new product launches. Quality and Continuous Improvement * Participate in root cause analyses (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa – under supervision). * Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Contribute ideas for process improvement and cost reduction. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Interact with Test Engineering (TE), Industrial Engineering (IE), Quality Engineering (QE), and Production teams.
