You are applying for the position of **Finance Analyst I.**
**About the position:**
You will support the company’s financial, procurement, and administrative routines, ensuring the accurate creation, control, and closure of purchase orders (POs), assist accounts payable activities, support insurance processes, and create and monitor registration of new suppliers—ensuring compliance with processes, internal policies, and tax requirements.
**REQUIREMENTS \- What do you need to participate in our selection process?**
* Basic knowledge of financial, procurement, and accounts payable routines.
* Microsoft Office Suite, with Excel at Basic to Intermediate level.
**Minimum Required Education:**

* **Fields of study:** Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Create, adjust, track, and close Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring correct allocation of amounts, accounting accounts, cost centers, and deadlines.
* Negotiate commercial terms—including pricing and delivery timelines—with suppliers, in accordance with company policies.
* Control and track purchase orders, ensuring compliance with contracts, agreements, and internal policies.
* Create, maintain, and update supplier and requester registrations in corporate systems.
* Serve as the focal point between external clients and the plant to track internal requests related to procurement and payments.
* Support the insurance process by assisting in preparing calculation memos and reconciling expenses involved, and documenting damages for reporting to the insurer.
* Support accounts payable routines, including tracking invoice postings and payments.
* Verify compliance among purchase orders, invoices, and receipts via workflow.
* Control and analyze GR and IR accounts, ensuring proper handling and adherence to deadlines for monthly closing.

**ADDITIONAL ASSETS:**
* Prior experience (internship or full-time) in finance, administration, procurement, or accounts payable.
* Experience or familiarity with SAP system.
* Basic understanding of budgeting and financial controls.
