Technical reference and team support **About the Role** We are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to join our Information Technology team. This professional will play a strategic role in supporting, evolving, and developing corporate and industrial systems, with strong expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), directly supporting business areas and manufacturing operations. We look forward to meeting you! **Work Location: Manaus\-AM** **Employment Type: Full-time** **Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM** **Work Mode: On-site** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, maintain, and evolve corporate and industrial systems in both factory and administrative environments; * Support and promote continuous improvement of MES, ensuring availability, stability, and alignment with production processes. * Analyze and resolve system failures, ensuring logical security and data integrity; * Plan and implement improvements to processes, methods, and operational workflows; * Collaborate with business areas to gather requirements and define solutions; * Create and maintain functional, technical, and operational documentation; * Implement and monitor system changes, enhancements, new modules, and upgrades; * Analyze, prioritize, and manage the area’s demand backlog; * Plan and track activity and project schedules; * Technically validate team deliverables and support the development of mid-level and junior analysts. * Support management in planning, monitoring, and controlling area activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience in industrial/manufacturing environments. * Solid experience in development and support of corporate systems. * Hands-on experience with MES and mission-critical production systems. * Excellent communication, analytical, and business-area interaction skills. * Advanced English proficiency. * Ability to serve as a technical reference and support the team. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** * Development in .NET / C\# / .NET Core; * Integrations, Industrial Automation, and REST APIs; * Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) database; * Corporate and industrial systems (MES); * High-availability environments; * Technical and functional documentation; * Best practices in information security. **PREFERRED** * Postgraduate degree in IT, Systems, Engineering, or Management. * Knowledge of ITIL practices, DevOps, or Agile methodologies. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS** * Commuter bus service; * Bradesco Health Insurance for employee and legal dependents; * Odontoprev Dental Insurance for employee and legal dependents; * Life insurance; * On-site meals; * Edupass\- robust learning platform offering up to 80% discount on various courses, extendable to dependents; * Social, psychological, financial, and legal assistance program; * Private pension plan; * Profit and Results Sharing Program; * Extended maternity/paternity leave; * Lactation room; * Vaccination campaign; * Wellhub.
