Eurolubs is a company specialized in the manufacturing and marketing of automotive and industrial lubricants. Focused on quality and innovation, it offers products that meet market needs. **Responsibilities:** Provide technical support to company users (hardware, software, network, and systems). Install, configure, and update computers, printers, and other IT equipment. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment. Manage user access to company systems and networks. Monitor network, internet, and server operations. Support the installation and updating of corporate systems and software. Log and track technical tickets, ensuring resolution of reported issues. Assist in implementing technological improvements in company processes. Ensure information security and perform periodic backups. Position located in Manaus / AM. Previous experience as a Technical Support Analyst, IT Technician, Support Assistant, or IT Intern may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Ongoing undergraduate degree required.
