Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and attentive Property Inspector to conduct patrols, control access, identify risks, and monitor security in an industrial environment. Key Highlights: 1. Control entry/exit and monitor surveillance cameras We are looking for a committed and attentive professional to serve as a **Property Inspector** in **factories and industrial facilities** in the Manaus region. What is being offered: * Salary: R$ 1.524,00 * Meal Allowance: R$ 200.00 * Transportation Allowance: Yes * On-site meals * Various shifts and schedules (to be informed during the interview) **Responsibilities:** * Conduct periodic patrols in internal and external areas of the company; * Support the security team in internal and external areas of the company; * Control the entry and exit of people, vehicles, visitors, and service providers in restricted areas; * Identify risk situations, such as exposed wiring, defective equipment, or inappropriate behavior, taking preventive action; * Monitor security cameras and use systems for access registration and authorization; * Immediately report any irregularities detected to the competent authorities or supervisors; * Record all security incidents or occurrences, such as property damage, in logs or systems. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Good communication skills and professional demeanor; * Prior proven experience in this role (6 months); * Availability to start immediately; * Discretion and strong observational skills; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.524,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Selection Questions: * Are you currently employed? * What is your ZIP code? * What is your WhatsApp number? * Briefly describe the positions you have held previously as a Property Inspector / Floor Inspector. * What is your availability?
