We support those who want to grow alongside us—with responsibility, creativity, and passion for what they do. **If you fit this profile, join us in building the future.** **Job Mission:** Responsible for supervising and executing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities, as well as maintenance services on airport equipment and facilities, and for supporting asset management of the unit—aiming to ensure operational availability, adherence to budgeted costs, and compliance with applicable regulations governing maintenance operations. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure maintenance and proper performance of operational equipment, guaranteeing execution of repairs and/or mechanical assistance whenever necessary; * Conduct inspections of equipment and facilities, performing tests according to the type and function of each piece of equipment, to control quality and compliance with specifications; * Guarantee system and equipment availability for operations, aligned with the maintenance budget; * Supervise corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance, directing procedures to address service requests while ensuring quality, deadlines, and cost control; * Support unit asset management, seeking to maximize utilization (productivity) and safeguard asset security; * Ensure maintenance and proper performance of operational equipment, requesting appropriate actions for repairs and/or mechanical assistance whenever necessary, and reporting identified defects to the immediate supervisor; * Monitor maintenance services provided by contracted companies in operational areas, verifying their efficiency and compliance with pre-established standards; * Ensure the good condition of aprons, runways, perimeter fencing, and other airport facilities, identifying irregularities and taking necessary corrective measures. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree; Engineering degrees are a plus. * Active CREA registration. * Prior experience in maintenance areas is desirable. * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. * Power BI knowledge is a plus. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Profit Sharing (PLR), Childcare Assistance, SGD, Parking (subject to consultation), Private Pension Plan, Wellhub (formerly Gympass), Extended Maternity Leave, Extended Paternity Leave ### **Department:** Juazeiro do Norte Airport
