This role involves leading the team, overseeing operational processes, and implementing strategies to drive store performance. Responsibilities and Duties * Manage daily store operations, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and adequate stock replenishment; * Lead, develop, and supervise the team, fostering a high-performance environment; * Monitor performance indicators (sales, losses, productivity, average transaction value, etc.); * Ensure achievement of company-established targets; * Conduct inventory control to prevent stockouts and losses; * Ensure proper product display according to merchandising standards; * Supervise cash register opening and closing procedures; * Guarantee excellence in customer service and resolution of customer requests; * Implement commercial actions and sales strategies. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Proven experience in retail store management (preferably wholesale/ supermarket sector); * Experience leading teams; * Knowledge of performance indicators and results management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel); * Flexible availability regarding working hours. Desired Qualifications * Analytical mindset and results-oriented profile; * Strong communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
