Acting as the liaison between partners and internal company departments **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you daily:** --------------------------------- * Manage and develop partners, ensuring sales performance, operational excellence, and alignment with Claro’s objectives; * Closely monitor authorized agents, ensuring achievement of Claro’s commercial goals and strategies; * Monitor sales results and propose actions to improve performance; * Ensure proper implementation of campaigns, commercial policies, and service standards; * Conduct regular store visits (routes) to monitor operations, provide support, and identify opportunities; * Negotiate with partners aiming for sustainable channel growth; * Serve as a knowledge reference for Claro’s products, services, and processes; * Act as the liaison between partners and internal company departments, promoting alignment and resolving requests; **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **We are looking for someone who:** * Thinks and acts from the customer’s perspective.
