**Responsibilities and duties**
* Monitor the performance results of the Individual Segment and support the implementation of actions to achieve related objectives.
* Conduct data analysis on the Segment’s performance and contribute to developing action plans based on strategic guidelines.
* Support analyses and provide accurate information to maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders within the segments.
* Prepare reports and presentations to support strategic, tactical, and operational discussions.
* Conduct market research and analyze data to provide insights regarding opportunities and threats facing the segment.
* Support data analysis and assist the team in identifying and mitigating risks.
* Support analyses and communication plans for results and insights from mapping the member journey.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Proficiency in programming languages (SQL / Python);
* Experience in performance management and indicator development;
* Completed undergraduate degree;
* Analytical thinking;
* Curiosity and proactivity in learning new things, and ambition to face new challenges;
* Knowledge of banking products and services;
* Strong communication skills, ability to articulate ideas and influence others;
**Additional information**
At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for positions in business areas, we adopt a hybrid work model consolidated as 3 days on-site at the company headquarters, located at Av. Assis Brasil, 3940, São Sebastião, Porto Alegre/RS, and 2 days working remotely.
