**Responsibilities and duties**
* Provide service (internal and external visits) to members and the general public, offering financial solutions;
* Assist the portfolio manager in operational activities;
* Market financial products and services offered by the Cooperative;
* Conduct negotiations according to strategies, rules, and policies defined by the Cooperative.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Completed higher education in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
* Good communication skills, ethics, professionalism, ease of interaction, relationship-building, and teamwork;
* Availability for occasional travel, meetings, and training;
* CPA-10 or CPA-20 certification;
* Valid driver's license (Category B).
