CARRY OUT SIMPLE CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE: On networks and equipment, escalating more complex issues to the supervisor. SUPPORT THE TEAM IN CONFIGURATION ACTIVITIES: Of modems, routers, and network devices. ENSURE PROPER USE OF TOOLS, MATERIALS, AND VEHICLES: Provided for work purposes. MAINTAIN A PROFESSIONAL Demeanor AND COURTEOUS SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS: Reinforcing the company's image.
