Development of reports, customizations, and system rules **Education:** Bachelor's degree completed in Technology-related fields. **Experience:** Experience implementing Senior systems; knowledge of programming logic. Proficiency in LSP (Senior Programming Language); report development; system rules; import/export data layouts; creation of customized screens (SGI); system installation and updates. **Software:** Familiarity with databases (SQL/Oracle) and data modeling. Experience with Senior Human Capital Management (HCM) systems is desirable. **Professional Development Courses:** Programming and/or Database courses. **Job Responsibilities:** You will be responsible for developing reports, customizations, and system rules; designing import/export data layouts; creating customized screens (SGI); updating and installing the Senior system; and performing other related duties, always seeking optimal solutions for our clients. **Desired Skills:** Logical reasoning, ability to develop business rules, effective communication, proactivity, teamwork, agility, ability to work under pressure, availability, and willingness to learn. This position requires hybrid work. Travel availability is required.
