Opportunities for professional growth **Full Job Description** We are hiring a TRUMPF Laser Cutting Machine Operator to join our metalworking facility specializing in cutting, bending, welding, and manufacturing metal parts. The candidate will be responsible for operating laser cutting machines, ensuring part quality, productivity, and compliance with technical standards. **Responsibilities:** * Operate TRUMPF laser cutting machines (fiber and CO2\); * Prepare, program, and adjust the machine for cutting operations; * Interpret technical drawings and production orders; * Select and verify materials (steel plates, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.); * Monitor the cutting process to ensure part quality; * Perform dimensional measurements and inspections of cut parts; * Conduct setup, nozzle replacement, lens cleaning, and basic adjustments; * Maintain sector organization and cleanliness; * Complete production and quality control records; * Identify and report malfunctions or maintenance needs; **Requirements:** Proven experience as a laser cutting operator, preferably on TRUMPF equipment; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; Knowledge of metallic materials and cutting processes; Basic metrology knowledge (calipers, tape measure, square, etc.); Completed high school education.
