ACTIVITIES DESCRIPTION: * Indicator management: updating, monitoring, and creating tracking dashboards. * Support for management activities: scheduling, organizing, and drafting meeting minutes. * Internal communication and recognition: assisting in employee appreciation initiatives and engagement programs. * Presentations: developing slides, consolidating information and data. * Process improvement: supporting initiatives to make daily operations more agile, efficient, and data-driven. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Intermediate English (preferred). * Currently enrolled in Administration or related fields. * Proactivity and strong communication skills.
