### **Job Description – Maintenance Assistant** **Location:** Hotel Ibis – Imperatriz/MA **Employment Type:** CLT – Full time **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the hotel's electrical and hydraulic installations * Support minor repairs in furniture, equipment, and building infrastructure * Conduct periodic inspections to identify faults and suggest improvements * Assist in emergency service calls, ensuring proper functioning of common areas and guest rooms * Supervise third-party service providers during maintenance tasks, when necessary * Comply with safety regulations and maintain sector organization **Requirements** * Proven experience in electrical and hydraulic systems * Completed high school (technical course in electricity, hydraulics or related fields will be an advantage) * Basic knowledge in building maintenance * Availability for shift work and on-call duties (when necessary) * Proactive, organized, and committed to deadlines Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st degree)
