Only education transforms! **As a Maintenance Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:** * Identifying and performing corrective and preventive maintenance in carpentry, masonry, civil works, electrical installations, and machine inspections; * Coordinating and supervising the maintenance team’s activities; * Reporting maintenance activities to school management, ensuring transparency and comprehensive visibility of tasks performed; * Monitoring and validating services performed by contracted companies; * Coordinating, safeguarding, and ensuring the proper conservation and organization of all materials, tools, and equipment used in maintenance services; * Managing internal maintenance team requests via the maintenance management system; * Obtaining quotations for materials and requesting their purchase through the procurement mapping system, as well as monitoring and receiving the requested materials. **Working Hours:** 40 hours per week. **Essential Requirements:** Technical degree in Building Construction, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and/or Maintenance; NR10 – Safety in Electrical Installations and Services; NR35 – Standards for Work at Heights. **Desirable Qualifications:** Training course in low-voltage electricity; Training course in hydraulics. **And here’s what we offer as benefits:** *(Benefits may vary depending on region and work schedule)* **The selection process stages are conducted on our platform.
