Responsibilities: * Responsible for the unloading team, physical verification of Invoices, invoice entry into the SAP system, storage of received materials; * Responsible for the production material kit assembly team, responsible for supplying production (materials) and shipping parts/materials. * Accountable for all material storage processes. * Supervises product loading, defining the type of transport for each cargo type, ensuring proper packaging and safety of products, preserving their integrity and quality, and accuracy of shipped quantities. * Guides the Warehouse team on technical aspects of products and handling and storage procedures, aiming to maintain product integrity, characteristics, and usability conditions. * Responsible for the inventory process. * Responsible for inventory accuracy. Requirements: Technical degree in Administration, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics or Industrial Production; * Basic English level - Reading and writing; * Knowledge of methods such as FIFO, LIFO, PEPS, UEPS; * Reading and interpretation of technical documents (invoices, service orders, material requisitions); * NR-11 (Transportation, Handling, Storage and Material Handling); * NR-12 (Work Safety in Machines and Equipment); * Knowledge of tax aspects (invoices, deadlines, others); * Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts); * Desired proficiency in systems such as SAP, LN, LP; * Desired training and experience in forklift operation (with valid driver's license); Working Hours: Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Benefits: Unimed National Medical Assistance, extended to direct dependents National Dental Assistance, extended to direct dependents Transportation Voucher Food Voucher Meal Voucher Life Insurance PLR/STIP according to collective agreement rules Private Pension Plan Gympass Mantracare Vida Link Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
