Description: To be a SENIOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT ANALYST, you must have: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Green Belt or Black Belt certification with projects demonstrating proven results; * Experience with Quality Management tools and Agile Methodologies; * Intermediate level in Office Suite; * Availability for travel; * Reside in Imperatriz/MA. The following will be considered an advantage: * Experience in Maintenance or Railway Operations; * Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001; * Proficiency in Power BI; The SENIOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT ANALYST will be responsible for: * Ensuring the implementation of the company's management guidelines with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving established goals through dissemination, promotion, and support of quality tools; * Ensuring the deployment of the company's strategic planning through indicator management; * Contributing to alignment across all hierarchical levels; * Ensuring document management within the company through creation, standardization, and control of documents related to the management system and operational processes; * Providing support to managers and other employees in the use and implementation of quality management tools; * Ensuring integration between the company's Management System and ISO requirements; * Guaranteeing monitoring through internal and external audits; * Ensuring periodic generation of performance indicators within their area of responsibility; * Complying with instructions and regulations; * Performing other duties related to their area of responsibility. 2509180202241758904
