The professional will be responsible for analyzing and executing procurement requests, conducting supplier quotations and negotiations, and controlling procurement processes.

Job Details
Analyze and execute the company's medium- and high-complexity procurement requests according to defined scope and deadlines, supporting other departments in accordance with internal procedures;
Conduct supplier quotations and negotiations ethically, ensuring compliance with quality, delivery timeline, and budget requirements;
Control procurement processes using spreadsheets and systems;
Prepare comparative analysis charts;
Assist in drafting proposals and contracts for service engagements or procurement of goods;
Perform follow-up on procurement processes to support monitoring of departmental KPIs;
Contribute to developing new partners and suppliers through evaluations conducted per established criteria.
Requirements
Minimum Education Level
Completed undergraduate degree
Other Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields;
Experience in procurement;
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
SAP knowledge;
Technical English proficiency is desirable;
Experience in construction budgeting or service contracting is desirable.
