Job Summary: Responsible for assisting students in completing enrollment and re-enrollment, identifying questions, and providing personalized support to increase conversion rates. Key Highlights: 1. You will be hired from day one and receive comprehensive training to perform your duties excellently. **Job Responsibilities:** Proactive engagement with students (primarily via chat) to assist with enrollment and re-enrollment. Responsible for identifying questions, providing personalized support, guiding students through pending steps, encouraging completion of registration, and recording all interactions in the system. Also conduct follow-ups when necessary, directly contributing to increased conversion rates.
