We are selecting professionals with a vocation for teaching and technical rigor to train new generations in laboratory diagnostics. **Location** * Positions available at the following units: **Brotas** and **Cajazeiras** (Salvador/BA). * *Preferably easy access to or residence near the units.* **Main Responsibilities** * Deliver lectures across various knowledge areas related to Clinical Analysis. * Instruct on biosafety, quality control, and handling of microscopes and equipment. * Supervise laboratory practices. **Required Qualifications** * **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedicine, Pharmacy, or Biology, plus professional registration with the respective council (CRBM/CRF/CRBio). * **Experience**: Solid hands-on experience in laboratory bench work and/or sample collection, or in teaching. * **Profile**: Organization, punctuality, motivational attitude, ethical conduct, attention to detail, and commitment to training future professionals. * **Must hold a CNPJ** (MEI). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in microbiology. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly/lecture-based remuneration. * Laboratory infrastructure for practical classes. * Opportunity for direct impact on the local community.
