Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Control Technician to identify problems and propose effective solutions, manage operational processes, and ensure data accuracy. Manage exchange and replacement processes, and control losses. Description: For this role, a completed high school education is required, along with intermediate Excel proficiency (formulas and pivot tables). Pursuing a bachelor’s degree is desirable. Responsibilities: * Conduct detailed analyses using intermediate or advanced Excel to identify problems and propose effective solutions. * Work with systems such as PROMAX or similar, SAP, electronic inventory, and WMS (Warehouse Management System). * Perform accounting routines related to reconciling working capital assets (credit and debit of push-through entries) and counting returns. * Manage exchange and replacement processes, ensuring operational efficiency. * Control losses arising from internal movement, ensuring all data is accurate. * Reconcile freight vouchers with carriers, maintaining strict control over these records. * Ensure warehouse data integrity in collaboration with operators and manage open maps.
