This opportunity is ideal for technical professionals who are organized, possess strong communication skills, and focus on problem resolution. ️ Key Responsibilities * Support, installation, and configuration of IT equipment * Diagnosis and resolution of technical incidents * Installation and support for Windows operating systems (7, 8, 10, 11 or later) * Configuration of Office suite (2016 or later) and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) * Installation of approved software (antivirus, PDF readers, plugins, etc.) * Basic infrastructure network support (cabling, crimping, and physical switch installation) * Logging and tracking of service requests in the management system * Updating knowledge base and documenting procedures Technical Requirements ✔ Completed Technical Degree in IT **or** IT-related Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) ✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in the field ✔ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments ✔ Knowledge of Active Directory ✔ Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, wired and wireless networks) ✔ Hardware maintenance ✔ Office 365 ✔ Basic English for reading **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic Linux knowledge Behavioral Profile * Clear and concise communication * Organization * Proactivity * Problem-solving focus * Professional user support attitude Benefits * Meal Allowance * Health Insurance * Life Insurance * SESC Membership * GoGood Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
