Job Summary: We are seeking a Physical Education professional with leadership qualities and experience to serve as Technical Subcoordinator, supporting the multidisciplinary team and ensuring the quality of occupational gymnastics activities and corporate events. Collaborating in the strategic lesson planning **Position: Technical Subcoordinator – Physical Education** We are looking for a **Physical Education professional** with leadership qualities and technical expertise to serve as **Subcoordinator**, supporting our multidisciplinary team and ensuring the quality of **occupational gymnastics and corporate events**. We seek professionals who preferably reside in **Guarulhos**, to work at our local office in **Vila Galvão**, and who have **availability to cover team members’ assignments at companies across Greater São Paulo and the ABC Region**. Main Responsibilities: * Provide technical support and guidance to the multidisciplinary team, ensuring service quality and standardization. * Deliver occupational gymnastics classes, serving as a reference for other professionals. * Perform occasional coverage for team members (e.g., during vacations, leaves, etc.). * Actively collaborate in strategic lesson planning and development of new programs. * Prepare and analyze technical reports and performance indicators. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Physical Education (Bachelor’s). * Active registration with the Regional Council of Physical Education (CREF). * Proven experience in occupational gymnastics and/or team coordination. * Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills. Availability: * Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Work Location: * Guarulhos region and Greater São Paulo. Compensation: * Salary commensurate with availability and experience (between R$ 3,200.00 and R$ 3,500.00). * Full-time employment (CLT) + transportation allowance or fuel assistance, meal voucher, uniform, group life insurance, and ongoing training.
