**Position Summary:**
Ensure operational stability of critical systems (POS, ERP, and e-commerce), while leading integration and omnichannel initiatives, process standardization, and support for business growth—ensuring efficiency, compliance, and an improved experience for company-owned stores, franchises, and corporate departments. Scope includes: company-owned stores, franchise units, corporate office, back-office systems, point-of-sale systems, tax systems, financial systems, logistics systems, and integrations with partners and digital platforms.
**Responsibilities:**
* Ensure availability and stability of retail systems (POS, ERP, e-commerce) by coordinating support, analyzing incidents, and monitoring SLAs with internal and external vendors.
* Coordinate implementation, upgrade, and systemic improvement projects, ensuring alignment with retail processes, needs of company-owned and franchise stores, and unit lifecycle (opening, relocation, or closure).
* Collaborate with the Projects team, business units, and franchises to provide technical assistance in translating operational requirements into efficient and sustainable system solutions.
* Ensure standardization and compliance of systemic processes to achieve operational consistency, tax compliance, and reliability of management information.
* Manage integrations between corporate and store systems, ensuring seamless data flow among point-of-sale, ERP, tax, logistics, finance, and BI systems.
* Support key users and operational teams by delivering training, guidance, and dissemination of best practices for system usage.
* Support adherence to the IT department’s personnel and expense budget through cost monitoring, contract management, vendor evaluation, and contribution to annual budget planning.
* Monitor risks and support audits and legal obligations, ensuring systems comply with applicable retail tax and fiscal regulations.
**Requirements:**
* Availability for 100% on-site work
* Knowledge of ERP, POS, and e-commerce systems
* Tax configuration, store operations, inventory, billing, and finance functions within Linx systems
* Familiarity with VTEX, OMS, and integrations; understanding of database concepts and integrations (APIs, files, ETL – functional level)
* BI tools and data extraction for management support (preferred)
* Experience in franchise environments and systemic standardization (preferred)
* Prior experience in coordinating or supporting IT systems, preferably in retail
* Experience with operations of company-owned and/or franchise stores
* Experience in implementation, maintenance, or improvement projects for POS, ERP, and e-commerce systems
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
