We are seeking **an O&M Solar Operations and Maintenance Coordinator** to coordinate the operation of distributed photovoltaic generation plants, ensuring continuity, reliability, safety, and high generation performance.
This person will be responsible for leading operational teams, managing KPIs, optimizing energy performance, and continuously improving operational processes, working closely with internal departments and suppliers.
**Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate the operation of distributed photovoltaic generation plants, ensuring continuity, reliability, and high generation performance;
* Lead pre\-operation, real\-time operation, and post\-operation teams, including plant operators and CCTV personnel, team leaders, supervisors, analysts, and engineers;
* Monitor operational and energy performance of power plants, tracking KPIs, events, deviations, and SLAs;
* Analyze and quantify generation losses (unavailability, soiling, clipping, temperature, shading, trackers, among others), supporting performance optimization initiatives;
* Structure, standardize, and evolve operational processes, promoting organization and continuous improvement;
* Define operational targets, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and conduct management routines using agile practices (Scrum);
