Job Summary: A Workplace Management professional to design, implement, and evolve end-user environment solutions, with a focus on projects and technological innovation. Key Highlights: 1. Work on Workplace Management projects and technological innovation. 2. Management of Windows and macOS environments using advanced technologies. 3. Participation in automation, Generative AI, and Google solutions projects. Professional to work on Workplace Management projects, responsible for designing, implementing, and evolving end-user environment solutions. Responsibilities include image provisioning and maintenance, Windows Autopilot implementation, management of Windows and macOS devices, administration of environments via GPO, SCCM, Microsoft Intune, JAMF, as well as knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite and Microsoft 365 Copilot. Support vulnerability remediation, patch application, software and license lifecycle management (installation, update, removal, packaging), and participation in process automation and Generative Artificial Intelligence projects—including agent development, GenAI projects, and support/maintenance of environments based on Google Gemini, Notebook LM, and Code Assist. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Infrastructure, Security, Governance, Support), focusing on project-based deliverables while ensuring adherence to technical standards, security requirements, industry best practices, and corporate environments; creation of technical documentation.
