Job Summary: Supermercado Violeta is seeking an Infrastructure Support Analyst with strong technical expertise and experience in infrastructure support to ensure the availability and stability of the IT environment. Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated problem resolution. Supermercado Violeta is looking for an Infrastructure Support Analyst to join our IT team. Our support team is responsible for ensuring the availability and stability of the information technology environment across our store network and administrative headquarters. The ideal candidate for this position must possess strong technical skills and hands-on experience in infrastructure support, enabling rapid learning and adaptation to our company’s complex and continuously evolving technology landscape. We seek someone with solid technical competencies and strong communication skills, as this role requires teamwork and support across multiple departments. Job Responsibilities: \- Provide technical support for computers, servers, telephony systems, enterprise software, and other IT equipment. \- Collect technology performance data and provide periodic analyses. \- Diagnose and resolve issues related to IT equipment. \- Manage users, information, and security of computers and enterprise systems. \- Collaborate with other functional areas—including sales, HR, and operations—to deliver integrated problem resolution at the end-user level. Candidate Profile: \- Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to complex technologies. \- Prior experience in infrastructure support and proven experience working with enterprise software. \- Experience with ERP systems and networking skills are a plus. \- Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork capability, clear communication of technical information to non-technical users, and hardware and software monitoring proficiency. \- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field. \- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends.
