Here, we believe in continuous development and in an environment offering real opportunities for advancement. ### **About the Information Technology / Information Security Department** The IT and Information Security department is responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and security of the company's technological environments. It directly handles risk prevention, incident monitoring, access management, and data protection—playing a critical role in operational continuity and reliability. The department also plays a strategic role in implementing security best practices, regulatory compliance, and user support, fostering a secure and efficient technological environment. ### **Job Responsibilities** Administer users, access rights, and permissions (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and corporate systems); Monitor IT environments, identifying and resolving incidents and vulnerabilities; Implement and maintain information security controls; Support firewall, antivirus, EDR, and other security tool management; Analyze security logs and events to assist in incident identification; Perform backup routines and restoration testing; Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and LGPD; Escalate tickets to Level 2/Level 3 as needed, following defined workflows; Assist in managing the IT equipment inventory; Document procedures and solutions in the knowledge base; Support standardization and continuous improvement of IT environments; Provide technical support to users (hardware, software, networks, and access). ### **Requirements** Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems; Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, Wi\-Fi, and network segmentation); Experience with corporate software (Microsoft 365, antivirus, EDR/XDR); Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, GLPI, Movidesk or similar); Knowledge of Active Directory (users, groups, GPOs, and policies); Knowledge of Azure / Entra ID and hybrid environments; Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper\-V) and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS); Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery; Knowledge of cybersecurity (firewall, IDS/IPS, SIEM, hardening); Experience with vulnerability assessment and patch management; Familiarity with ISO 27001, LGPD, and security policies; Basic understanding of incident response and log analysis; Knowledge of email security (DMARC, DKIM, SPF). ### **Selection Process Steps** Registration and Screening – Review of information and profile alignment; Interview with People & Management – Behavioral assessment and expectation alignment; Interview with Department Manager – Technical evaluation and role alignment.
