Process Analyst

Description

Proposed activities: * Map, analyze, document, and optimize operational processes; * Support the implementation and maintenance of IT governance practices; * Develop workflows, policies, procedures, and work instructions; * Monitor performance indicators and support action plans; * Support ITIL-related initiatives \- problem and incident management; * Support strategic projects related to transformation and governance; * Prepare management presentations and reports. Project Management * Facilitate alignment meetings with technical and business areas; * Develop and track project schedules; * Ensure delivery documentation for projects; * Perform appropriate escalations in scenarios that jeopardize project delivery; * Conduct project handover to ongoing support. Requirements and qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology; * Experience in process mapping and improvement; * Knowledge of IT governance and frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT; * Experience in developing process documentation; * Familiarity with project and process management tools; * Strong communication skills, organization, and analytical thinking. ### **Employment Type:** Contractor (PJ) ### **Department:** Corporate
