Job Responsibilities: * Prepare metal and non-metal surfaces for painting; * Read blueprints and instructions to determine the type and amount of work required; * Prepare the worksite by installing scaffolding and protective equipment; * Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and removing old paint; * Fill cracks and holes with appropriate materials, such as plaster; * Mix paints and other materials to achieve the desired color or texture; * Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to surfaces using various tools. Requirements and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
