This professional will be fundamental to performance controlling. **What will be your responsibilities?** • Analysis and Reporting: * Prepare and analyze financial and management reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement), identifying variances and proposing action plans. * Prepare results presentations for leadership and business units. * Monitor and analyze financial and operational KPIs, providing insights for continuous improvement. * Budgeting and Forecasting: * Actively participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with various company departments. * Monitor budget performance, analyzing variances and their root causes. * Control and Audit: * Ensure compliance with Siemens’ accounting and finance policies, as well as external standards (IFRS, BRGAAP). * Support internal and external audits by providing required information. * Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks. * Strategic Support: * Act as a business partner, providing financial support and analysis to operational and management teams. * Participate in process and financial system improvement projects. \- Conduct economic and financial feasibility analyses for new projects and investments. **What qualifications are we seeking?** • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas). • Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus). • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus. • Solid knowledge of accounting (BRGAAP and IFRS) and corporate finance. * Advanced English for participation in meetings. **Work location and employment model:** * CLT employment, hybrid model (remote work on some days per week!) * Jundiaí or São Paulo If you identify with what we’re looking for, apply now!
