Job Summary: Lead the transformation of process engineering within an industrial unit, ensuring operational stability, productive efficiency, and cost accuracy, while working in an integrated manner on the shop floor. Implement methods, routines, and standards in an evolving environment You will be responsible for leading the transformation and structuring of the process engineering area within the industrial unit, ensuring operational stability, increased productive efficiency, and accuracy of industrial costs. You will work in an integrated manner with production, maintenance, quality, R\&D, procurement, and controller functions, connecting the production process to the economic outcome of operations, with strong presence on the shop floor and a focus on execution. You will play a key role in building a solid engineering foundation by implementing methods, routines, performance indicators, and operational standards in an environment still evolving in maturity. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implement routines and governance for the area (KPIs, rituals, failure analysis); * Develop and standardize production processes (SOPs); * Create and consolidate the technical database of processes; * Reduce operational losses (OEE, rework, consumption); * Conduct root cause analysis and eliminate failures; * Increase process predictability and stability; * Collaborate closely with maintenance to enhance asset reliability; * Structure and review production routings (BOM \+ Routing); * Ensure alignment between actual processes and systems (ERP); * Conduct time and motion studies; * Define reliable standard times; * Identify production bottlenecks and constraints; * Support line balancing and capacity planning; * Build a technical foundation for standard costing with deviation analysis; * Identify opportunities for cost reduction; * Participate in industrial projects to prevent conceptual flaws; * Implement continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, TPM); * Ensure capture and sustainability of gains. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical or related fields); * Experience in industrial process engineering; * Experience with production routings (BOM \+ Routing); * Knowledge of time and motion studies; * Ability to analyze losses and efficiency (OEE); * Industrial costing (standard vs. actual cost); * Experience with root cause analysis tools (Ishikawa, 5 Whys, etc.); * ERP knowledge (SAP, TOTVS or similar) (Desirable); * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or TPM (Desirable); * Owner mindset to assume responsibility and deliver results; * Execution capability to translate analysis into action; * Resilience to operate in challenging and developing environments; * Autonomous and balanced decision-making; * Hands-on profile; * Analytical thinking; * Communication and influence skills to effectively interact across operational and strategic areas. **At Vedacit, our greatest motivation is transformation!** We transform the lives of millions of people by improving housing conditions and making your home our cause!
