Proven Experience * Proven experience in people management and technical leadership of agile teams (Scrum/Kanban); * Solid experience as a backend developer in high-complexity projects involving large, robust, and structured systems (e.g., core systems/ERP/CRM); * Solid experience in full-stack web system development; * Solid experience in developing and maintaining systems using Java (versions 11 and 17 or higher).
