Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid-Level DevOps/DevSecOps Developer to optimize CI/CD processes, with a focus on GitHub Actions and security throughout the development lifecycle, during a period of organizational restructuring. Focus on pipeline security and governance (DevSecOps) **DevOps / DevSecOps Developer – Mid-Level** **Experience Level: Mid-Level** **Work Model: Hybrid** **On-site: 4 days per week** **Remote Work: Friday** We are looking for a **Mid-Level DevOps/DevSecOps Developer** to join our team during a strategic phase of **DevOps practices restructuring and evolution**. The primary objective of this role is to **consolidate and optimize our CI/CD processes**, focusing on **GitHub and GitHub Actions**, while also supporting project migrations and advancing security practices across the development lifecycle. We seek a professional with hands-on experience in **implementing DevOps and DevSecOps culture**, who can contribute best practices, automation, and continuous process improvement. ### **Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and optimize **CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions**. * Configure and manage integrations among **GitHub, Jira, Azure DevOps, and AWS**. * Participate in the **migration of projects from Azure DevOps to GitHub Actions**. * Evaluate and implement **solutions from partners and vendors**, ensuring efficient integration with existing infrastructure. * Support the advancement of **automation, security, and governance practices in pipelines (DevSecOps)**. ### **Requirements** * Experience working as a **DevOps or DevSecOps professional**. * Practical experience in **implementing DevOps culture and best practices in automation and CI/CD**. * Solid knowledge of **GitHub and GitHub Actions**. * Experience with **Jira and Azure DevOps**. * Knowledge of **security applied to pipelines (DevSecOps)**. * Experience with **cloud platforms (AWS and/or OCI)**. * Experience in **medium-scale projects or DevOps environment restructuring**.
