Opening Date: 04/15/2026 Application Deadline: 04/22/2026 Work Location: Jurubatuba, SP **Position Responsibilities:** * Order handling (verification, adjustments, shipment date changes, rejections, postponements, and order phasing). * Monitoring the entire process from order entry through to delivery. * Entering orders into SAP when required. * Daily tracking of cuts, returns, and suspended loads. * Validation of service level indicators and Fill Rate loss tree by region. * Direct involvement in return cases with stores and UOs. * Support in reviewing order databases with HM customers. * Conducting blockage reviews due to suppression or non-approved portfolio with customers. * Supporting meetings with customers and the sales team. * Contacting internal and external customers to ensure order alignment. * Monitoring product replenishment and fulfillment. * Collaborating with customers and the sales team on product master data maintenance.
