Job Summary: Perform sanding and finishing of parts, ensuring surface preparation in accordance with quality standards for the final product outcome. Key Highlights: 1. Visually inspect parts to identify non-conformities **Job Mission:** Perform sanding and finishing of produced parts, ensuring proper surface preparation in accordance with company-established quality standards, contributing to the perfect final product outcome. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate manual machines for metal part machining (sander, drill, threader). * Perform manual and/or mechanical sanding of parts according to material and technical specifications * Remove burrs, irregularities, weld marks, and imperfections * Prepare surfaces for subsequent processes such as painting, polishing, plating, or assembly * Ensure uniformity and standardization of part finish * Visually inspect parts to identify non-conformities * Report defects or failures to immediate supervisor * Maintain an organized and clean workstation * Ensure proper maintenance of tools, machines, and equipment * Comply with safety regulations and correctly use PPE * Follow internal procedures and company quality standards **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (high school preferred) * Prior experience in this role or similar activities (preferred) * Basic knowledge of manual and/or machine sanding * Familiarity with finishing and quality concepts **Salary:** R$ 2\.146,52 **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Benefits:** * Medical Assistance * Food Basket * Parking * PLR (Profit and Results Sharing) * Transportation Allowance * Study Grant (after 1 year of employment) * Career Development Plan Minimum Education Level: Elementary Education (1st level)
