Preparation of projects and technical drawings using SketchUp and Gabster Description: * Academic Qualification: Completed or nearing completion of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Architecture and Urbanism or Interior Design; * Industry Experience: Prior experience in sales and customer service at retail stores specializing in high-end surfacing, decoration, or home/construction products; * Technical Knowledge; * Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (or Google Workspace); * Practical knowledge of project and detailing software, especially SketchUp and Gabster; * Personal vehicle preferred for client visits and site supervision. * Deliver excellent and delightful customer service to foster client loyalty; * Master and stay updated on the product portfolio (including sales, application, and technical support); * Develop negotiation and relationship-building skills with specifiers (architects and designers); * Perform project detailing and technical drawings to ensure precise installation guidance; * Use software such as SketchUp and Gabster for project development; * Create detailed drawings (perspectives, sections, annotations) in compliance with technical standards (ABNT). 2512310202491917753
