Provide support to industrial operational activities, contributing to the execution of production processes, material control, organization of technical documents, and support to operations and maintenance teams, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with internal procedures. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in executing routine industrial operations activities (production, utilities, internal logistics, or maintenance, depending on the area). * Perform activities related to contracts, interfacing with clients and administrative departments to provide information to headquarters. * Prepare reports, complete spreadsheets, and maintain operational records. * Monitor operational indicators (KPIs) and support the preparation of periodic reports. * Identify maintenance needs and record them. * Support departmental administrative activities, such as issuing purchase orders, document control, updating records, and interfacing with other departments. * Conduct necessary interdepartmental interfaces to obtain operational data. * Support and monitor the planning of work orders, material supply, and task distribution. * Interface with suppliers regarding service requests. * Obtain and control operational data. * Record operational data in internal systems, spreadsheets, and forms, ensuring information accuracy. * Collect liquid and solid samples; * Perform laboratory analyses and operate equipment related to the activity; * Manage inventory control as well as requests for replenishment or acquisition of materials and services; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of production and administrative processes. * Accompany workplace visits if assigned by the immediate supervisor; * Accompany suppliers and service providers if assigned; * Review operational procedures; **Requirements and Qualifications** High school diploma ### **Ready to renew the world?** **Hello, nice to meet you!** We are part of Veolia Group, a global leader and reference in environmental solutions.
