




Job Summary: Responsible for the manual or mechanical preparation of sweets, cakes and pies, including molding, decorating, rolling and cutting, as well as managing orders and raw material inventory. Control of materials and raw materials Prepares sweets, cakes and pies using manual or mechanical processes to produce the final product; molds, decorates, rolls and cuts, always following the required technique to achieve the desired shape. Also monitors production orders and maintains control over materials and raw materials used in the pastry kitchen.
