The Relationship Coordinator (Community) will be a key player in executing ADIT Brasil’s member relationship strategy, which encompasses over 400 companies operating in the real estate, tourism, and other sectors. Their mission is to foster engagement, promote connections among members, and manage the CRM database to ensure personalized and efficient interactions, while also strengthening members’ sense of belonging. They will also be responsible for organizing and supporting activities that promote integration, relationship-building, and networking opportunities among members. **REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience managing CRM systems or customer/partner relationships; * Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and strategic mindset; * Capacity to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining focus on deadlines and organizational objectives; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities to represent ADIT Brasil across various events and communication channels; * Build and maintain solid relationships with members; * Develop and implement engagement strategies to encourage active member participation in ADIT Brasil’s events; * Proactively engage with the membership base to identify their needs, interests, and potential contributions; * Facilitate networking opportunities among members by organizing and promoting events and activities that encourage interaction and knowledge exchange. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience in the real estate and/or tourism sectors; * English proficiency. **GENERAL INFORMATION / BENEFITS OFFERED:** * Willingness and availability for business travel required; * Competitive salary commensurate with the position; * Per diem allowance during business trips; * Formal employment under CLT labor regime; * Ifood Meal Voucher; * 50% employer contribution toward Unimed national health insurance plan; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Life insurance; * Genuine career advancement opportunities
